I make all my cakes from scratch. These flavors are my most popular. If you don't see what you are looking for just ask!

Berrylicious

Light lemon chiffon filled with seasonal local berries and fresh whipped cream, Iced with swiss meringue buttercream

Traditional White Cake

Your choice of fillings: chocolate ganache, raspberry jam, coffee buttercream, lemon curd or fresh berries and cream.

Chocolate ganache cake

Dark devil's food cake filled and covered in a dark rich ganache. This can be iced with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream if you choose.

Chefany's signature cake

It will cost more but you get more! This cake has four layers alternating chocolate and hazelnut butter cake filled with coffee crunch buttercream and iced in vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

Spicy Carrot Cake

My carrot cake comes in many flavors. You can go with the traditional carrot-spice or add any of these: walnuts, golden raisins, candied ginger, pineapple or coconut.

Lemon chiffon cake

Lighter than air lemon chiffon filled with homemade lemon curd and iced in a light lemon buttercream.

Tasting Life Twice by Stephany Buswell

My memoir tells my story of how I pulled myself up from being a lost child in the 1960s with no parents, to a good life and career in the bakery. I wrote recipes reflecting each decade beginning in the 50s and going through the early 2000s.
